Customers Visit And New Product Launch 2024
In March 2024, just right after the Chinese New Year, we held "New Product Launch Conference Month", inviting key customers and decision makers of our distributors to our showroom to participate the activity. To make sure all the attendees would have comfortable and relaxed impression, we set up the appointment a month before separately.
The meetings were mainly about "Calacatta Quartz Stone". It's a product developed 5 years ago yet still is hot in several countries and regions. Mr. and Mrs. Larry from South Africa said this range of quartz stone colors and designs are still very popular in their market. There is a huge potential in the coming years. They can see the curve growing. "The Stone Brothers" Jim and John, who are in stone business since their grandfather in Australia, said "calcatta pattern is good but we are seeking what will be the pattern like in the next generation". We had lots of good idea exchanges with them and agreed that in the coming months we will send the NEW VEINED QUARTZ to them to test their market.
One very inspiring suggestion came from Mr. Chen, an American Born Chinese. He said, "there is nothing more important than developing luxury high-end colors and designs, as the barrier of the tariff is eating up profit and most of importers are looking for creation". We must keep developing new and luxury products to stay competitive in the crucial markets.
Holding such an activity was a cleverest plan. Our sales representatives learned a lot by talking with customers face to face.
