Attending An Acceptance Check for Condo Project in Florida, USA

The Loree Apartments is a condo project located in Jacksonville's prestigious Baymeadows area. Bestone was the listed supplier for the 260 kitchens & bathrooms. The countertop material was a typical quartz stone with medium-size chips, which we called Snow-White Quartz Stone. Jeff Valencia, CEO of the subcontracting company, said the reason they chose this color was because of the balance between cost and quality.

The project was about 19,000 square feet materials of quartz stone. During the installation, our CEO Mr. Yang was invited to the jobsite at the east coast to have an acceptance check together. It was not the first time that he was invited. With professional ability and sophisticated experience, Yang spent 2 days there checking not just the quality of installation, but also the in-site cutting work that the workers did. Through talking with installers, we found out the dimension that the designer provided was quite precise. "You have precise cutting too", said Joe, a local installer who has over 10 years’ experience in cabinet and countertop installation. He emphasized to Mr. Yang that because Bestone cut and fabricate the quartz stone countertops precisely, that they did not have too much to modify in the jobsite. This saves a lot of work for them.

Now the condo is running quite well. The owner is happy and he told our client that the use of Snow-White Quartz Stone matched with the classic wood pattern cabinets got lots of compliments from the tenants. He will definitely consider our quartz stone in his coming projects.
