Visiting clients all over the world is one of the most important things we do every year. In May and June 2023, we paid a visit to our clients in North America, travelling from Canada, to USA, then to Mexico, the three markets that we focus on.
The visit took 25 days, and the weather were quite changeable during the visit. However, our clients, including distributors, contractors, local fabricators and installers, showed us their hospitality with food and wine in the night time. During the day time, visiting their shops or jobsites were routine. By doing that we obviously gained plenty of first-hand information that our clients provided. To be at the frontline were such good chances to communicate with them. And listening to their opinions and ideas about Bestone's color and pattern enlighten us a lot. Salesmen know what colors and patterns are the best seller. Fabricators know the quality of quartz stone by cutting the slabs. Installers know the slight thickness difference will cause problems. And last but not least, end users & buyers know have the final saying whether Bestone's Quartz Surface is at a good level.
To spend 25 days flying and driving from cities to cities was not easy. But when we realize that knowing the clients of your clients better is the best way to provide satisfying services to your clients, we know we are doing the right things and it will take us to a promising future.
